Quick Answers Before You Book
What areas do you serve?
Mile Fly Club Aerials is based in Wells, Maine, and serves Southern Maine and New Hampshire, including the Seacoast, Lakes Region, and mountain areas. If you’re outside these areas, reach out—we’ll confirm availability and travel options.
Are you FAA Part 107 certified and insured?
Yes. We are FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured. Safety, compliance, and professionalism are built into every flight and every project.
How far in advance should I book?
Most real estate shoots can be scheduled within a few days depending on weather and availability. For events, weddings, and peak weekends, booking 1–3 weeks ahead is recommended.
What’s your typical turnaround time?
Most photo packages are delivered next-day or within 24–48 hours. Video edits and larger projects may take a bit longer depending on the scope.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Weather is a big part of quality and safety. If conditions aren’t safe to fly or the lighting won’t produce great results, we’ll reschedule for the next best available time. We always aim to capture your property or event at its best.
Do you charge travel fees?
There are no travel fees within a 50-mile radius. For locations beyond that, travel may be added depending on distance and timing.
Do you offer short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) photography?
Yes. We work with short-term rental owners and property managers to create bright, inviting images that help increase clicks, bookings, and guest interest.
Do you work with property managers and multi-property clients?
Yes. We work with property managers and can create consistent, repeatable visuals across multiple listings or rental properties to keep your brand looking professional.
Do you offer event coverage like weddings, charity events, or golf tournaments?
Yes. We provide photography and drone coverage for weddings, proposals, charity events, golf outings, and community races. If you have an event coming up, reach out with the date, location, and timeline.
Can I choose photo requests or must-shoot areas?
Absolutely. You can include preferences when booking (specific rooms, angles, lot features, amenities, waterfront views, etc.). We want the final media to match your goals.
Do you offer drone-only or photo-only options?
Yes. Some clients only need drone coverage, while others want still photography only. We’ll recommend the best option based on your property and marketing needs.
What is virtual staging, and when should I use it?
Virtual staging adds realistic furniture and décor to empty rooms to help buyers visualize the space. It’s ideal for vacant homes, new construction, rentals, and listings that need a stronger first impression online.
How do I receive my photos and videos?
You’ll receive a clean digital delivery link for easy downloading and sharing. Files are provided in marketing-ready formats for MLS, social media, and web use.
Can you create social media versions of my videos?
Yes. Vertical reels and social-friendly edits are available so you can post immediately on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Do you provide floor plans and lot highlights?
Yes. Floor plans help buyers understand layout and flow, and lot highlights help clarify boundaries and key areas—especially helpful for land listings.
How do I book a shoot?
The easiest way is to request a quote through the website. Share the address (or event location), what you need, and your ideal timeline, and we’ll confirm availability and next steps.
